1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Advanced Tech Consulting, LLC website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Informational Purpose; No Client Relationship

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Visiting the website, submitting a form, or communicating through the website does not create a client relationship, service obligation, fiduciary duty, or guarantee that ATC will accept an engagement.

Any services provided by ATC are governed by a separate written agreement. If a website statement conflicts with an executed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • Submit malicious code, deceptive requests, unlawful content, or false information.
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, test, or copy the website without written permission.
  • Use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to ATC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal informational use. No other license is granted without ATC’s written permission.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to third-party services or websites. ATC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

6. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” ATC disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Website content should not be treated as legal, financial, insurance, compliance, or other professional advice outside the scope of a written ATC engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to use of the website.

Any limitation that is not enforceable under applicable law will apply only to the maximum extent permitted.

8. Changes and Availability

ATC may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website and may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
